A casino terms glossary is a short dictionary of the words that decide how a game pays and how a promotion releases money. This one holds twelve words, split between the game screen and the account screens of the JILIPG lobby, and each comes with an example taken from a studio page or from the lobby’s own help centre. Read a row before you accept a term you cannot explain, because promotion terms bind you whether or not you read them. Other explainers, from paylines to bankroll limits, sit on the JILIPG blog hub.
Casino Terms Glossary, Part One: Paytable and Studio-Page Words
A game term is a word printed in a game’s paytable or on the studio’s page. Applied to real titles, the five that matter most are:
| Term | Plain meaning | Example from a studio page |
|---|---|---|
| RTP | What the maths hands back over the very long run | Mahjong Ways 96.92% (PG Soft); JILI: not published |
| Volatility | How wins are spread across spins | Super Ace LOW-MED (JILI); Lucky Neko Medium (PG Soft) |
| Max win | Largest single result, as a multiple | Super Ace 10000x; Boxing King 2000X |
| Payline | Fixed path a win must follow | Boxing King 88 paylines; Crazy 777 one |
| Ways to win | Matches on adjacent reels, no fixed path | Super Ace 1024 ways; Golden Empire 32400 megaways |
Reading the five in order on any paytable works like this:
- Find the max win and treat it as a ceiling.
- Note the volatility label beside it.
- Look for an RTP, and write “not published” where there is none.
Paylines and ways get a full article of their own in the payline article, ways included, and volatility in slot volatility explained in pesos.
Bet unit
A bet unit is a fixed slice of your bankroll that you use as one standard stake. With ₱3,000 and a unit of 1/100, one unit is ₱30; a session of 50 units then risks ₱1,500, half the bankroll, and you know that before the first spin. Casino bankroll management with loss limits builds a whole plan on this idea.
JILIPG Casino Terms From the Account and Promo Pages
Account terms are the words the lobby itself uses about money moving in and out. These come from JILIPG’s help centre, terms and promotion pages:
| Term | What JILIPG’s pages say | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Turnover | Must be reached before a withdrawal request; promos state it as a multiple | Staking, not winning, is what clears it |
| Bonus balance | Locked from withdrawal while the bonus is still running | Promo money is not yours to cash out yet |
| Fund password | Entered for every withdrawal | Keep it apart from the login password |
| Recharge | Receiving accounts change; open the recharge screen before every deposit | Never reuse an account number from an old deposit |
| Bound bank account | Once saved, the bank, account number and payee are fixed | Enter them carefully the first time |
Before accepting any promotion, run its terms through three questions:
- What multiple of turnover does it ask for?
- Which games count, and at what weighting?
- When does the bonus balance become withdrawable?
Log in through the JILIPG login page and these words appear on the promotion, recharge and withdrawal screens.
Game weighting
Game weighting sets how much of each wager a promotion credits toward its turnover target. Worked through: a promotion asking for ₱10,000 of turnover, with a game counted at 50%, needs ₱20,000 staked on that game. Where a promotion’s terms list weightings, they sit in those terms; where they list none, ask Customer Services before you accept.
Two numbers to remember from this glossary: a PAGCOR self-exclusion cannot be undone for its first 6 months, and 21 is the youngest anyone may play.
How to Get Started
-
Find the term on the screen
When a word in a game's rules or a promotion's terms stops you, note exactly where it appears: the paytable, the promo page or the withdrawal screen.
-
Match it to the glossary row
Look the word up in the two tables on this page and read the example next to it before you stake or accept an offer.
-
Do the sum before agreeing
For turnover and weighting terms, multiply out the amount you would need to stake, and decline the offer if the total is more than you meant to spend.
