JILIPG Maya, as a search, asks one thing: whether a Maya wallet can still fund or receive money from the JILIPG cashier. Applied to the facts, the answer splits in two. JILIPG’s lobby carried a notice and a promotion about Maya deposits, while Maya’s support centre states that Lucky Games has stayed off since 16 August 2025, and Maya attributes the shutdown to BSP instructions about gambling links. Until the recharge screen settles it, the wallet’s statement carries more weight than a promotion banner.
JILIPG Maya Deposits Against Maya’s Own Notice
Lucky Games was Maya’s in-app gaming feature; its removal is what people mean by “the Maya change”. For a JILIPG player, three sources line up like this:
| Source | What it says | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| JILIPG notice and promotion | Encourage deposits through Maya (offer figures not repeated here) | Treat it as marketing, not a cashier list |
| Maya support, Lucky Games article | Disabled since 16 August 2025 after a BSP directive | Expect no in-app route to a gaming site |
| Maya support, same article | To cash in or withdraw, visit the gaming provider’s website or app with your registered mobile number | Do the transaction on the cashier side, after login |
The memorandum behind the change, BSP M-2025-029, went to every BSP-supervised institution, and Maya’s two entities, Maya Philippines and Maya Bank, both describe themselves as BSP-regulated. GCash and Maya each name 16 August 2025 as the date their gaming access ended.
What a Maya Casino Route Looks Like Now
A route, here, means the path the pesos take from your Maya account to a cashier. Any Maya casino route that survives runs through the casino’s own screens, never through a tile inside the Maya app. The maya.ph Gaming page, which turns up in the same searches, covers buying gaming pins under Play, then Games, and has nothing to do with a casino balance.
Problem: a JILIPG notice about Maya deposits sends you looking for a Maya option that the recharge screen does not show. Fix: go by the screen. The notice is a promotion; the recharge screen is the list that applies to your account, and a bank route it shows is the usable alternative.
Problem: a Basic Maya account cannot complete a transfer to a bank. Fix: that is by design, since Maya’s table marks bank transfers as not available on Basic. Upgrading is free and, Maya says, takes only a few minutes.
Maya Limits and Safety Features Behind Any Transfer
Maya counts its wallet limit per month, unlike GCash, which counts the balance held at any moment. Applied to a deposit plan, the monthly figure tells you how much the wallet can take in before it stops. From Maya’s account-limits page:
| Maya account | Wallet balance cap per month | Bank transfers out by InstaPay |
|---|---|---|
| Basic, the starting account | ₱50K | Not offered on this tier |
| Upgraded, after ID and video selfie | ₱100K | ₱100K monthly across up to 40 sends |
| Super User | ₱500K | ₱500K monthly across up to 80 sends |
| Ultimate User | ₱5M | ₱5M monthly, with no cap on the number of sends |
Three more Maya rules are worth knowing. Each InstaPay send that succeeds from Maya to a local bank carries a PHP 10 charge. Maya’s PESONet floor is PHP 100.00 per order; its ceiling is PHP 300,000.00 per order, or PHP 1,000,000.00 summed over a day. Upgrading costs nothing, Maya says, and no genuine Maya representative will ask you for an OTP, the 16-digit card number or a password.
For the sister wallet, compare the JILIPG GCash deposit picture; for bigger bank sums, see JILIPG PESONet payouts on banking days, and for the floor itself, the JILIPG minimum deposit on screen. The market-wide view sits in casino GCash and wallet rules since 2025, every route is collected on the JILIPG payment method overview, and new players can register a JILIPG account first.
How to Get Started
-
Read Maya's Lucky Games article
Search Maya's support site for why Lucky Games is no longer available, and note its advice to use the gaming side's own website or app.
-
Check your Maya tier in the app
Account Limits sits behind the profile button. On Basic, bank transfers are off entirely, so no InstaPay send can leave that wallet.
-
Compare with the recharge screen
Sign in at jilipg.com and see whether Maya appears for your account. If it does not, pick a bank route the screen shows instead.
